I met 'request for upgrading pip version on python 3.7 when I installed PySide2 for Qt Desktop Application.

As below, it was installed both python 2.7 and python 3.7 on my windows system and i tried to install python package PySide2 for GUI python application.

PySide2 was installed successfully, however, pip package complained about pip version as noted with yellow color text.

So I upgraded pip version from 10.0.1 to 18.1. Ok.

In my case, I have both version installed, python 2.7 and python 3.7, on my system. So I installed 'py -3' command for package installation of python 3.7

#PySide2 Installation command

c:>py -3 -m pip install PySide2

#pip upgrade command

c:>py -3 -m pip install --upgrade pip

If you wish to upgrade pip package of python 2.7, replace '-3' with '-2'.

If you want to execute without 'py' command, you execute installation command as below.
